How many tools do you have in your toolbox so to speak, to keep you motivated and on track to reach your goals? Without multiple cues and reminders to improve your health, and once you break good habits, it is very easy to fall back into bad habits.
Life is all about balance, so please be kind to yourself during your journey.
Awareness is key to being able to ensure slip ups are just that, and are not long term changes.
